HOUSE PROJECT

This project was inspired by organic architecture. Through out my job shadow at CF. Moller Architecture I was able to learn about computer rendering in Enscape. Through out this learning process I was eager to began to design my house. However, through out this job shadow I was able to identity how and crucial the beginning steps are in the creative process. This allows people to identify what are the goals, how people with interact with the space and creative direction. Overall, this house project really developed my love and passion for 3D modeling, rendering and archiecture.

this is the 3rd level to the house. the vision for this was to add more rooms for more space.

My creative direction for the backyard was rooted in the connection nature. I really wanted this house to be like it was out of the forest. I think I was influenced for a lot of the houses I had seen in portland.

Wanted an Organic feel to the house. So I added plants all along the sides and around the house to feel like it is apart of the nature. I also wanted structurally the house to feel organic but also modern; that's why I choose cement.

wanted open room concept because connecting with family in the mornings is important to me. Allowing room and space for everyone I think was important to me. I wanted this house to be as open and as free as possible.

I created a dog run because I wanted the task to become easy. I thought that by building a dog run it could become easy.

Unfortunately, I didn't render a picture of the entire kitchen. But what I was really trying to aim for is embracing the moment. You can just sit at the bar and drink a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen had a big bar as well.

This idea emphasized on the fact that I wanted the house to be open. However these tunnels, allowed their space to be some privacy. Their is also windows on the ends of them so you could see out.

This is the upstairs living room with a bed in place. This half circle shape is inspired by organic architecture.

My vision for this bathroom was to play with different materials and perspective. This room is located right by the stairs. sunroof because I wanted to make as much sun in this house as possible instead of adding lights.
